Zhangjiagang Xinhua Pre-stressed Steel strands Co., LTD is a joint-venture enterprise by Jiangsu Shagang Group Co., LTD and Xinyu Iron and steel Group Co., LTD, which is dedicated for pre-stressed steel strands production. The existed four production lines are all equipped the imported machines, the specifications cover 1×7－Φ9.50mm and 1×7－Φ21.6mm, annual output is 160 thousand tons. Pre-stressed reinforcement concrete steel strand and called pre-stressed strand for short, it has the features of high strength and less relaxation. Since the pre-stressed strands are applied into the concrete, the loaded ability of the structure will be improved and the fracture faces will be reduced as well, it can help to save 30-40% rebar and 40% concrete; also elongate the life time of pre-stressed concrete parts, buildings’reliability and stability are all improved.
